Individual Lozenges: We offer foil "Pillow-Pack" wrapping of individual lozenges. This wrap insures product shelf life stability by increasing resistance to light and air. Printing of logos, text, lot numbers, expiration dates, etc. can be accomplished at our printing service provider in any color. Centering your logo on the pack is made possible by printing registered film or it can be random print. Other types of individual lozenge packaging are available through large volume contracts. We are not capable of "Twist-Wrap" or "Blister-Pack" wrapping at this time, however, we can recommend several outside sources for those types of packaging.

Medicated Lollipop Wrapping: Our lollipops are wrapped with "Poly-Propylene" film that can be printed with logos or text in random print only. Registered film can be used, however our machines are not equipped at this time. Sticks can be printed with up to two lines of text for identity of product after wrapper is removed. Point of Purchase Packaging: We offer printed / registered bagging of both lollipops as well as lozenges using our new Accu-Pak - Hayssen Ultima Bagger w/Yamato Scales. Our bagger is equipped to produce 4 different width bags with existing forming tubes (3.75", 5.25", 6.25" & 6.875"). Other sizes are acheivable with the purchase of forming tubes. Scales are equipped for 8grams to 1000grams per bag. Machine is equipped with peg board hole punch and tear notch. Up to eight lines of lot number and expiration date printing on back of bag. Our Moretz division also has two Wright baggers for back-up. We also have automated equipment designed to count wrapped lozenges and place them into point of purchase cellophane overwrapped cartons and shrink wrapped display trays.
